Donors’ Access to Contribution Statements

Anyone with a user account can access their giving record and can print their own contribution statement. And any adult can create a user account, as long as you have a good email address on your people record/profile.

If you already have a My Data user account

Step 1

Log on to your church’s TouchPoint database.

Step 2

You will see 5 tabs: Personal, Involvement, Profile, Giving and Emails. Click the Giving tab and then select the Statements tab.

Step 3

Click the year for which you want a statement. This will open your statement as a PDF document. Use Control P to open the print dialog and print the statement. Or hover at the top (or bottom) of the page and select the Printer icon. The print options for PDF vary based on your browser.

If you are staff or have a Leader type of user account

Step 1

Log on to your church’s TouchPoint database.

Step 2

Go to your record by selecting People in the main menu (header). Then click your name which will be at the bottom of the drop-down list.

Step 3

Proceed with Step 2 in the section above to access your Giving tab..

If you do not have a user account on TouchPoint

Step 1

Go to the log in page for your church’s TouchPoint database. You may need to get this information from your church staff, if it is not posted on your church’s website.

Step 2

Click Need an Account? Request Password.

Step 3

Enter the email address that is on your record and press Request Password. You will receive an email containing your username.

Step 4

Click on your username in the email. Then click the Reset Password button. Enter the password once and again to confirm it. Press Set Password and then press Return to Home.

You will now be viewing your people record. Continue with Step 2 above, in the section for My Data users.

Note

If you do not receive the email mentioned above, check your junk/spam folder first to see if it went there. If not, then there is probably not a good email address on your record. Please contact your church so that someone can update your personal information.

All users

Once you have a user account, you can log on at any time to check your giving history and update your family information. Also, you can log on using your email address in place of your username as long as it is the email address on your record.
