First Time Givers¶

To find first time givers, you go to Search Builder find find the Recent Contribution Count condition under the Miscellaneous tab.

Then you add the condition once for 14 days finding all who gave only once, and again for 1000 days for those that gave once once again.

The logic is that if they gave once in the past 14 days, and only once the last 1000 days, then that once had to be the first time gift in the past 1000 days.

Note also that you can limit the contributions to a specific fund too.

From here of course, you can do an export to Excel for a Word Merge  Thank You Letter from the Pastor or you can send an email or whatever using the blue toolbar.
