Has Spam Block

Located on the Admin category tab in Search Builder, the Has Spam Block Condition is helpful to find those who are no longer receiving your emails.

This Condition, when set to True, will return everyone who has clicked Spam and therefore, has a block on their email address. Once they click Spam, emails will no longer be sent to that address.

Tip

You can add other Conditions to find those that registered for an event or who have subscribed to a newsletter. Then you can give them a call to see if they marked email as Spam by mistake. If they did and you verify that they do want to receive email from your church, submit a Support Request asking us to remove the Spam Block. Make sure they understand how to Unsubscribe and how to prevent this from happening again.
