NonTaxDed Contribution Amount History Donor Only¶
This Condition, located on the Contributions category tab in Search Builder, allows you to find people based on the total of their non-tax-deductible contributions during a date range. Only the person on whose record the gift is posted is returned, even for couples who give jointly.
Enter the following:
Comparison and an amount (no dollar sign)
Start Date and End Date
Fund ID (optional) - leave blank to include all funds
Note
You must have the Finance role to get results from this Condition. Without it, the search returns 0 people and does not show an error.
Equal 0 finds people with no non-tax-deductible contributions in the date range.
Use Case
If you record gifts made through a foundation as non-tax-deductible on the donor’s record,
use Greater 0 with this year’s dates to find everyone who gave that way.
