Totals by Fund Range Report
===========================

This report is designed to help you evaluate
your giving for specific Funds
by showing the size of the individual gifts received
and what portion of the total that represents,
both by number of donors as well as total dollar amount.

Generate the Totals by Fund Range Report
----------------------------------------

Step 1
    Go to `Administration > Contributions > Range Reports > Totals by Fund Range`.

Step 2
    Select a `Campus` and/or `Fund`.

Step 3
    Select a `From Date` and a  `To Date`.

    Click the blue `Run` button.

.. note::
    If you do not select a Fund,
    all Funds will be included.
    If you do not select a Campus,
    all Campuses will be included.

The report includes the following:

Range
    A dollar amount range in graduating increments
Donors
    Number of donors represented in that range
Count
    Number of individual contributions in that range
`%`
    Percentage of contributions in relation to the total number
    of contributions
Amount
    Total dollar amount in that range
`%`
    Percentage of amount in relation to the total amount of contributions
