Scan and Deposit

TouchPoint offers Scan & Deposit, which allows you to scan checks into a TouchPoint Batch and deposit directly to Cass Bank. Additional fees may apply. If interested, contact Support and we can put you in touch with the appropriate team at Cass Bank.

Once you have set up an account with Cass Bank and TouchPoint has been notified, TouchPoint Support will let you know you are set up and ready to deposit checks. To deposit, you will go to the Batches page (Finance > Search > Batches) and filter for Closed Batches. Find the one(s) ready for deposit and place a checkmark by them. Then, click the dropdown menu to the left of the Batch ID heading and click Deposit.
