Registration Form - Messages¶
This is where you will set the instructional messages, confirmation email, and notification email for your registration.
Messages¶
Top Message - This will appear at the top and stay at the top.
Closed Message - This will appear when the registration is closed.
Finish Page Message - This will appear once the registrant completes their registration.
Kiosk Mode - This is intended for use when an iPad is used in a common space for people to register on. This will essentially refresh the page.
Emails¶
Send Confirmation Email - This is the message that is sent to the registrant. You can set the From person and the subject as well as Edit the body of the email in this space. The default email template that populates when the involvement is created is called Registration Confirmation Email Default and can be modified under Admin > Communication > Email Templates.
Send Notification Email - This is the message that is sent to the staff person or persons. The default email template that populates when the involvement is created is called Registration Staff Confirmation Email Default and can be modified under Admin > Communication > Email Templates.
