New SMS Management page now allows hiding groups disabled in PBT

Fix PBT (Powered by Text) sync now correctly includes 10 digit phone numbers and short codes when pulling groups from PBT

Fix SMS scheduled messages for groups over 100 recipients now correctly save in church timezone instead of Central Time

Fix Deleting a manually added SMS reply word no longer incorrectly deletes default reply words (STOP, UNSTOP, START, STOP ALL)

Fix Updated Active Records calculation to match the documentation site (Registration Forms were not properly counted)

Fix Updating gateway details, such as authentication information, properly saves changes
