June 15, 2026 — Engiven Giving, Email Follow-up & Mobile Enhancements¶
Giving — Engiven Stock & Crypto Giving¶
Note
This release adds an Engiven integration that lets churches accept stock and cryptocurrency donations directly from the TouchPoint giving page. When enabled, a new Crypto option appears in the giving toolbar; selecting it displays an Engiven panel (logo, instructions, terms, and a button) that takes the donor to your church’s Engiven giving page. The instructions, terms, and button text are all customizable. This requires special configuration from Engiven, please contact Support if interested.
New Engiven integration for stock and cryptocurrency giving — adds a “Crypto” giving option that links donors to your church’s Engiven giving page, with customizable instructions, terms, and button text
Fix Apple Pay and Google Pay transactions now capture the donor’s billing/account name so it appears in both Fortis and TouchPoint (Apple Pay now collects billing contact info; Google Pay now collects billing address and email)
Fix Wallet payments (Apple Pay / Google Pay) now use the correct Fortis merchant account when a fund has its own MerchantId configured; wallet buttons automatically hide for funds that route to a gateway that does not support wallet payments and reappear when switching back
Communications — Email Follow-up II¶
A continuation of the email system rewrite, focused on reliability, accurate per-recipient tracking, and retiring the last of the legacy email paths.
New “Send Failed Email Notifications” setting (Integrations → Send Grid, on by default) to turn off the per-failure notification emails; failures are still recorded and remain visible on the Failed Emails page
Change Per-recipient send tracking — each recipient now records its own actual send time and, on failure, a specific reason (e.g., bad API key, unverified sender, rate/credit limit); the Emails list now shows the real send time for emails with multiple recipients
Fix The email queue processor now shuts down gracefully on a host timeout or restart and resumes on the next run, fixing multiple large sends timing out
Fix Registration form notification emails now log delivery for every person in the To field (previously only the first recipient was tracked, making it appear that the others were not notified)
Fix Targeted and transactional emails can no longer fan out to an entire involvement when a resumed or reprocessed send has no remaining recipients
Fix The {attendanceurl} replacement code now works in attendance reminder emails sent through the new email system (links were previously broken or empty)
Fix {tracklinks} click tracking now records link data for emails sent through the new email platform (View Link Tracking previously showed an empty table)
Mobile App — Quality of Life & Bug Fixes¶
New Mobile feed posts can now be scheduled with an end date/time so they are automatically removed from the feed
Change Admin mobile app pages (Banners, Notifications Log, Reported Posts, Reported Comments) now remember your selected page size across sessions
Change Renamed the footer action dropdown option “Prayer” to “Prayers” to match the mobile app label
Change Mobile logins are now recorded in the Activity Log, including the username
Fix Guests now appear (and Prospects no longer appear) in the app for attendance
Fix Prayer requests created from the web now show in the mobile feed
Fix Resolved a mobile livestream issue
Fix Grey and black brand colors no longer produce incorrect teal-tinted color palettes in the mobile app
New Future use Push notifications reworked — redesigned Send Notification screen, a new Notifications Log, per-person opt-out, notification history on the person’s profile, and notification processing moved to the Jobs Service for greater reliability
New Future use Deep link support — Apple App Site Association (AASA) and Android assetlinks.json files are now hosted on the server domain to enable universal/app links
New Future use Per-banner and per-resource option to open banner and resource web links in the device’s external browser instead of the in-app view
Process Builder¶
Change Tasks created through Process Builder will now send notification emails
