Rooms & Reservations - Conflicts

If you don’t want to allow conflicts, you do not need to do anything. To enable conflicts, add a role to the Reserve With Conflicts Role administrative setting. A user with the role entered in that setting will be able to create a meeting or meeting series with conflicts and submit for approval.

Approvals with conflicts

From the approvals page, meetings with conflicts will be indicated by a red icon.

Clicking the red icon will open a dialog box allowing for resolution of the conflict. There are additional options to Show Help and Show Conflict.

Warning

Any user that can manage approvals will be able to approve meetings with conflicts. Meetings with conflicts CAN be approved, so it is of utmost importance that approvers are aware of how to manage conflicts.
