Engagement Score¶

These conditions are located in the Personal category of Search Builder.

Engagement Score: Select a Comparison (such as GreaterEqual), and enter a positive whole number value for the Score. Note: At this time, search cannot find those who have a score of Zero.
Engagement Score Change Pct: This condition will allow you to find those whose engagement score has changed during the time period represented by the Start Date and End Date. The change would indicate either a percentage increase or decrease based on the score as of the first date and the score as of the last date in the range. Enter the whole number percentage for the Number Value without the % sign. Select a Comparison (such as GreaterEqual), and enter a value for the Score. If looking for an increase in score, use a positive integer. For a decrease, enter a negative symbol in front of the value, such as -50.

Note

If looking for a decrease higher than a certain percentage drop, you will use the LESS THAN comparison. So looking for a more than a 50% decrease, you would actually use the LESS THAN comparison to -50, which would provide numbers higher on the negative number line.
