Has Incomplete Task¶

This Condition, located on the Tasks and Notes category tab in Search Builder, allows you to find people who have a delegated Task that has not yet been completed — either a Task assigned to them or a Task they own that has not been passed on to an assignee.

How to Use It¶

Enter all or part of the Task Name in the value field to find those with a matching incomplete Task, or leave it blank to find everyone who has any incomplete Task. Leave the Comparison as Equal for these results, or use Not Equal to find those without a matching incomplete Task.

Note

A Task counts as incomplete when its status is neither Complete nor Note.
