Recent Giver to Funds¶
This Condition, located on the Contributions category tab in Search Builder, allows you to find people who made a contribution to any fund in a Fund Set in the number of days you enter. For couples who give jointly, both spouses are returned, even if the gifts are recorded on only one spouse’s record. The Comparison Values are either True or False.
Enter the number of Days to look back, the Fund Set name, and the tax status (tax-deductible, non-tax-deductible, or both).
Caution
If the Fund Set name doesn’t match an existing Fund Set, the Condition looks at all funds and returns every recent giver, without an error. Check the spelling of the Fund Set name.
Note
You must have the Finance role to get results from this Condition. Without it, the search returns 0 people and does not show an error.
Use Case
To thank everyone who gave to any of your missions funds this year,
create a Fund Set with those funds, enter its name and 365 days, and select True.
