Recent Top Giver

This Condition, located on the Contributions category tab in Search Builder, allows you to find the people who gave the highest total dollar amount in the number of days you enter. The Comparison Values are either True or False.

Enter the following:

  • Days to look back

  • Top number - how many givers to return (for example, 50 for the top 50)

  • Fund IDs (optional) - one or more Fund IDs, separated by commas; leave blank for all funds

  • Tax status - tax-deductible, non-tax-deductible, or both

Note

You must have the Finance role to get results from this Condition. Without it, the search returns 0 people and does not show an error.

Use Case

To invite your top 50 givers from the past year to a campaign kickoff, enter 365 for the Days and 50 for the Top number, and select True.
