Use Case

You want to find everyone for whom you requested a church letter (from their former church) more than 2 months ago. Use the Condition Letter Requested Date with the Comparison LessEqual 5/1/2016. You would want to combine that with the Condition Letter Status Equal 1st Request or 2nd Request. That will find those for whom a letter has been requested, but not received. Once it is received, the Status would be changed to Complete.
