Occupation¶
Located on the Personal category tab in Search Builder this Condition will present a drop down list of Occupations that are on people records. This list is created automatically whenever an Occupation is entered on a person’s record.
Note
When adding an Occupation (or a School or an Employer) to a record, start typing and a list will begin to display after you type 3 letters. Always look for the Occupation in the list first before adding a new one.
Use Case
You want to find everyone who has an Occupation on their record, works at FedEx, but is NOT a Pilot.
Condition = Occupation
Comparison = Not Equal and select Pilot
Condition = Employer
Comparison = Equal and select FedEx
Results will be everyone that is Employed by FedEx, has an Occupation on their record that is NOT Pilot.
Note
This will not include anyone without an Occupation on their record.
