Engagement Score Report
=======================

The Engagement Score Report runs from the Reports menu of the Blue Toolbar. Access to the Report, Engagement Score tab, and related Search Builder conditions is given by the **Engagement Information Role** setting, found at `Administration > Settings > Features > Status Flags`. Choose the roles from the dropdown.

To run the report, select the end date to reflect the LAST week to show on the report. The Excel report will provide columns for:

- Last 52 weeks
- Last 12 quarters
- Last 5 years

The report is dependent on how much data is currently available when running the report, up to the maximum lookback week/quarters/years. The Quarter and Yearly scores are a sum of the weekly scores for that time period.
