First Time Giving Report
========================

.. note::
    This report is only available if your church uses the TouchPoint Giving payment gateway. Contact **Erik Smith** at esmith@touchpointsoftware.com to learn more about this option.

TouchPoint Giving reports are found under `Finance > Reports` under **Reports** in Column One. If your church uses the TouchPoint Giving payment gateway and you are unable to see the reports, send a request to TouchPoint Support to allow visibility.

Use the First Time Giving Report to identify those who have contributed to your church for the first time.

Filters include:

- **Date From / Date To**: Define the time period you would like to view by entering the dates or using the date picker. Date From will default to the 1st of the month. Date To will default to today's date.
- **Campus**: Narrow by campus of the giver. Campus list created through Lookup Codes. Leave blank to see all campuses including those with no campus assigned.
- **Fund**: Select one or more funds to narrow your search or leave blank to view all funds.
- **View**: View by individual GIVER or by HOUSEHOLD. 

.. tip:: 
    If the HOH has previously given but the spouse is a first time giver, the spouse will be represented when viewing the option "Giver"
    but the HOH/Spouse will not appear when viewing by "Household".

Once you've set your parameters, click Search. The graph will represent total number of gifts on the Y axis. Hover over the bar graph to see actual number of gifts
for a specific date.

Results can then be exported to Excel using the `Export` button at the top of the page near the filters. Additional actions can be taken on the results using the Blue Toolbar.
