Pledge Reporting
================

There are a variety of ways to get information regarding pledges and pledgers.

Pledges Page
------------
All pledges can be seen on the Pledges page (`Finance > Search > Pledges`). You can set **Filters** and **Export** from that page.

Below the filers is a **Blue Summary Bar** that shows the following information.

- Total Pledged - the total amount pledged based on the filters
- Total To Pledge - the total amount contributed to the pledges based on the filters
- Total Not To Pledge - the total amount contributed not to pledges based on the filters
- Pledge Balance - the total balance of the pledges based on the filters
- Number of Families - the number of families with pledges based on the filters

.. important:: 
    The amounts shown in the Blue Summary Bar exclude any processing fees that were covered by the donor. Therefore, the totals shown here may not match the totals displayed on the Contributions Search page.

The **Search results table** shows the following information.

- Date (of pledge)
- Name of pledger 
- Fund (Name)
- Pledge (Amount)
- Pledge Total 
- Contributed (Amount) 
- Balance

Each row includes a **trash can icon** to delete or **pencil icon** to edit a person's pledge.

Export
~~~~~~
The information included on the pledge export is:

- Date (of pledge)
- People Id
- First Name
- Last Name
- (Pledge) Id
- Online
- Fund Id 
- Fund (Name)
- (Pledge) Amount
- (Pledge) Total
- (Amount) Contributed
- Balance

    Additional export options added as an option under the `Export` drop down by typing ``Pledge Export`` in the `Content KeyWords` field when creating a report in Special Content.

Comparison Graph
----------------
Additionally, there is a graph available on the Pledges page. This graph uses the same filters. 

The information is included on the **Comparison Graph**.

- Goal (if there is a Pledge Goal set on that fund)
- Pledged - the total amount pledged to that fund based on filters
- Given - the total amount given to that fund based in filters

You can hover over the goal line, pledge amount, and given amount for more details. 

If you click on the graph for each fund, it will provide you with the **Pledge Fulfillment Report** for that fund.
