Registration Form ================= TouchPoint's Registration Form feature allows you to create an online registration form to capture registrant information and optional payment for events, memorials, or merchandise sales at your church. To get started, watch our `Registration Form Quick Start video `_. Additional helpful videos can be found on the `TouchPoint Training website `_ by filtering for `Registration Form` in the `Series` drop down menu. Step by step instructions can be found below. Creating a Registration Form ---------------------------- To create a Registration Form, follow these steps. Step 1 - Create the Involvement .. note:: You need to create a brand new Involvement rather than repurposing a pre-existing Involvement. Navigate to `Involvements > Add Involvment` and fill out the following fields. * **Name** - Give it an appropriate title. * **Involvement Type** - Choose the appropriate type for your church. * **Registration Type** - Choose the `Registration Form` option. .. important:: * Once this Registration Type is selected, you are unable to change to another Registration Type. * The `Registration Form` type **CANNOT** be used for Mission Trips. * **Campus** - Choose the appropriate Campus. Click the blue `Save` button. Step 2 - Configure the Settings & Fees .. seealso:: :doc:`RegFormSettingsFees` Step 3 - Add the Questions .. seealso:: :doc:`RegFormQuestions` Step 4 - Customize the Messages & Emails .. seealso:: :doc:`RegFormMessages` Publishing the Registration Form -------------------------------- Once your registration form is created, you will need to the link available to the public. To access the registration form, click the `Registration Link` button at the top-right of the tab. To copy the registration link, click the `Copy` button. Once you have the link copied, you can make it available a couple of ways. * Post the link on your church website and/or social media channels. * Send a Special Link via Email or SMS. .. seealso:: :doc:`/OnlineRegistration/VoteLinks` Tracking Registrations ---------------------- Registrants will be added as Members or Prospects to the Involvement, based on your **Join As** setting. To see their registration details, follow these steps. Step 1 Open a registrant's **Member Dialog** box by clicking the `Pencil icon` (Edit) under the `Actions` column.
