Process Builder Overview
========================

TouchPoint's Process Builder enables you to automate many of your manual processes, allowing your church to spend more time on ministry and less time on administrative functions. The builder will allow you to choose the processes that are included among a dropdown of options. Roles can be assigned to designate who will be able to view and manage both the builder and the stages of a person's progress.

Process Builder Setup 
---------------------

Step 1
    Either an Admin or someone with the **ManageProcesses** role can manage the process builder. Others with at least the Access role can view but not manage processes, unless the process is Limited by Role. 

Step 2
    To create and manage Processes, go to the process setup page under `People > Processes`.

Step 3
    Monitor Processes through a person record or the Processes dashboard for each Process.
