It recovers sends that could stall when a background worker was interrupted, restores delivery to every intended recipient and address, and fixes several replacement codes and tracked links that were not resolving correctly on the new pipeline. .. release-notes:: - Fix: Email sends that became "stuck" when interrupted mid-send required manual intervention to continue.
