Failed Email Send ================= This Condition, located on the Admin category tab in Search Builder, allows you to find the people for whom a specific email send **failed**. When you send an email in TouchPoint, each send is given an **Email ID** number. If some messages could not be delivered, this Condition lets you build a list of exactly those people so you can review or correct their email addresses. How to Use It ------------- Enter the `Email ID` number in the value field. Leave the `Comparison` as `Equal` to find everyone whose send failed for that email, or change it to `Not Equal` to find those whose send did not fail. .. tip:: The Email ID number appears in the URL of a sent email's details page.
