Volunteer Application Status Code
=================================

This Condition located on the Volunteer category tab in Search Builder
allows you to search based on a person's Volunteer Application Status.
Select one from the drop down menu:

- Approved
- Not Approved
- Withdrawn
- Pending

The Status list may be different on your database,
as these codes can be edited by your System Admin in `Adminstration > Lookup Codes` section.

The Volunteer Application and information is stored on a person's record
under the `Involvements > Volunteer` tab on a person's record.
Specific roles are required to view Volunteer information.

.. admonition:: Use Case

    This is a useful search to run when you want to find out
    who has not yet completed the approval process.
    Their Status would be Pending.
