Activity Log¶
A user with the Admin role can access this at Admin > Tools > Activity > Activity Log. This logs various activities of all the users in the database.
Search¶
The following fields can be used as search filters:
- Activity
You can enter part of the activity to see all drops, for example. Look at the log to see examples and enter all or part of the text.
- Involvement Id
Enter an Involvement ID to see any changes to members, prospects, etc. in a specific Involvement.
- About People Id
Enter a People ID to find changes for a specific person.
- Lookback Days before EndDate
Enter a whole number of days and then enter an End Date if you want to narrow the search.
- EndDate
Select the date from the calendar.
- User Id
Enter the User ID# (not PID#) to see activity for a specific user.

There are the following active links that you can click within this log for more information.
- User
Click the username to view all activity by that user.
- Involvement
Click the Involvement name to view all activity about that Involvement.
- Person
Click the person’s name to view all activity about that person.
- Reg
This link will be at the end of the activity description for online registrations. Click the link to view a document with the registration information.
Note
This same registration information can also be accessed from Involvements > Reports > Registration History.
