Archived Flag¶
By default, searches do not include archived people. If you want to search for those only with the Archived status, use this Condition located on the Personal category tab in Search Builder with the Comparison Equal True.
Use Case
If you want to find the individuals that are in your local community but aren’t actively involved (thus hold the Archived status), use this condition in conjunction with any of the conditions in the Address Category. The results will be comprised of the local, Archived people records.
