Attended As Of¶
This condition, on the Attendance Dates tab in Search Builder, returns all attendees during the date range that you specify. You can also specify:
Program
Program > Division or
Program > Division > Organization
Note
Because this is used behind the scenes when you drill down from the Week at a Glance report, the date has a time associated with it.
Use Case
You could select a Sunday 8:00 AM as a start date/time. Then select the same date as the end date, but with the time changed to 12:00 PM. This would return every individual that was recorded present during any of your morning classes. After clicking calendar icon, click the small clock icon under the calendar dates to select the time. Search Builder returns an individual only once, so anyone that attended more than one class will not be counted twice.
