Task About With Details¶

This Condition, located on the Tasks and Notes category tab in Search Builder, allows you to find people who a Task is about (the person the Task regards), based on the details of the Task.

This is the “about” counterpart to the Task Assigned With Details Condition: rather than returning the person the Task is assigned to, it returns the person the Task concerns.

How to Use It¶

Enter all or part of the Task Details in the value field, or leave it blank to match any Task. You may also select one or more Task Status options from the Codes list to limit the results to Tasks in those statuses; leave the status list empty to include all statuses.
