Task About With Keywords¶

This Condition, located on the Tasks and Notes category tab in Search Builder, allows you to find people who a Task is about (the person the Task regards), based on the Keywords associated with the Task.

This is the “about” counterpart to the Task Assigned With Keywords Condition: rather than returning the person the Task is assigned to, it returns the person the Task concerns.

How to Use It¶

Select one or more Keywords from the Codes list. Leave the Comparison as Equal to return the people that matching Tasks are about, or use Not Equal to exclude them.

Note

The Keywords list comes from the Keywords within the Lookup Codes and can be edited by your church’s TouchPoint Admin.
