Recent Note With Keywords¶

This Condition, located on the Tasks and Notes category tab in Search Builder, allows you find people who have a Note with the associated Keyword within a specified number of days. If you create Keywords for your Ministries, you will be able to select one or more Ministries from the drop down list and then specify the number of days to look back.

Note

The Codes options come from the Keywords within the Lookup Codes and can be edited by your church’s TouchPoint Admin.

Use Case

You want to find everyone who received ministry/communication from the Children’s Ministry in the past month and who has also visited in the past 7 days. You would combine the Recent Note With Keywords Condition with a Recent Attendance Condition.
