Recent Contact Reason¶
This Condition located on the Ministry category tab in Search Builder allows you find people who have received a Contact for a specific Reason within a specified number of days. You select one or more Ministries from a drop down list and then specify the number of days to look back.
Note
The Contact Reason list comes from the Lookup Codes and can be edited by your church’s TouchPoint Admin.
Use Case
You can use this Condition to see how many people you have sent information to about your church (if you have Information as a Contact Reason). Then add the Condition Recent Attendance Count to see how many of the people that requested information have actually made a visit to your church.
