Recent Contact Type¶
This Condition located on the Ministry category tab in Search Builder allows you find people who have received a specific type of Contact within a specified number of days. You select one or more Types from a drop down list and then specify the number of days to look back.
Note
The Contact Type list comes from the Lookup Codes and can be edited by your church’s TouchPoint Admin.
Use Case
You can use this Condition to see how many people have received a Personal Visit from your church in the past month. Then add the Condition Recent Attendance Count and look back a little less than a month to see how many people that received a personal visit actually made a visit to your church.
