Received Emails¶
A user can view the emails he has received by going to his own people record and clicking on the Emails > Received tab.
This will display a list with the following information:
- Date and time email was sent or scheduled
- Name and email of Sender
- Count of how many were sent
- Subject

Click on the Subject to view the Email Details which has a lot more information about the email.

Tip
You may want to create a record in the database, so that newsletter-style emails are sent from a non-person, such as Church Newsletter. Then emails can actually be sent by a user emailing on behalf of that user. You can create people records for any ministry that has its own email address.

TouchPoint has a special user role named ManageEmails that lets a non-Admin user view and manage all emails sent via your church’s TouchPoint database.
