Rooms & Reservations - Overview¶
Imagine it… the ability to create a new class with a registration, attendance, communications, and now a room too! With a setup just for you, already booked, and communicated to all of your teams in one delightful spot. AND… it can happen on whatever rhythm you wish!
But first, let’s define a few things.
Locations are rooms or spaces that can be reserved for meetings or events.
Assets are the physical materials that can be added to a booking for use during a meeting or event (A/V equipment, vehicles, tables, chairs, etc.).
Services are the people driven services that can be added to a meeting or event (childcare, catering, technical support, etc.).

1. What if we don’t do reservable stuff?
No worries! You can upgrade to the new meetings structure only.
2. What about eSpace?
We are not replacing our current eSPACE Integration. We’ll let the pros do what they do!
3. Are you EVER going to do the extra “stuff” (see: What Rooms & Reservations IS NOT)?
We’ll never say never, but it is not in our foreseeable future.
4. What is this going to do to my annual cost?
Not a thing! There is no additional cost to have Rooms & Reservations in your database. BUT! There is an implementation cost.
Implementation¶
Since the conversion to the new meetings capabilities is a one-way trip, we are asking that you work with a TouchPoint consultant to implement this feature through fact-finding, reservables setup, team training, and final conversion to production.
Full package implementation - $1250 (7 hours of consulting)
Meetings only implementation - $400 (2 hours of consulting)
