Do Not Publish Phones¶
This condition located on the Contact Info category tab in Search Builder allows you to find every individual with the Do Not Publish Phones box checked on their people record. This information can be edited on the Personal tab of the people record by clicking the Privacy Settings button at the top right.

Global Privacy Settings¶
This setting relates to whether or not any phone numbers will be published in the online Member or Family Directory for an organization.
A My Data user can check the box for this when updating their own people record. Or a staff member with Edit can set this for someone.
Use Case
If you have a number of classes that plan to use the online Member or Family Directory for their class, you can run this search in order to find out who will not have their phone numbers listed the directory.
