Failed Email Send¶
This Condition, located on the Admin category tab in Search Builder, allows you to find the people for whom a specific email send failed.
When you send an email in TouchPoint, each send is given an Email ID number. If some messages could not be delivered, this Condition lets you build a list of exactly those people so you can review or correct their email addresses.
How to Use It¶
Enter the Email ID number in the value field. Leave the Comparison as Equal to find everyone whose send failed for that email, or change it to Not Equal to find those whose send did not fail.
Tip
The Email ID number appears in the URL of a sent email’s details page. Users with the Admin, Finance, or ManageEmails role can find sent emails on the Admin > Communication > Email Log page.
