Volunteer Approval Code¶

This Condition located on the Volunteer category tab in Search Builder will allow to you find those with a specific approval level, such as:

None
Standard
Leader

These may be different on your database as your System Admin can edit these in Administration > Lookup Codes table.

These are part of the volunteer approval process and this information is stored on the people record under the Involvement > Volunteer tab.

Use Case

When you need volunteers for a special event, you can run this search to find those that are already approved as a volunteer. Then you can email them a Register Link asking for their help with the event.
