Volunteer Class Taken Months Ago¶

This Condition, in the Volunteer category tab, will find people based on the number of months since they completed a Volunteer Training Class not associated with an integration with Ministry Safe. The reference date will be in the people record under Involvement > Volunteer in the Checks & Classes Approval section for Last Class and is a manually entered value.

Enter the number of months for Integer Value and a Comparison, such as GreaterThan to find those who will need another background check.

Use Case

Use this search and set it to Less Than or Equal to 1 month to find those who recently completed a Class.
