TouchPoint has several options for directories. Two are online directories (specific to an organization) and the others are generated from the Toolbar.

Online Directories for Organizations

These are specific to an organization and are accessed directly from the database, so the information is always current. These are intended for those members of the organization that have My Data user accounts.

Directories on the Toolbar

The following directories can be generated for any group of people: a Tag, an organization, a Search Builder results, and even a sub-group within an organization.

These can be printed or saved as a PDF and either be emailed to those who need it or posted on a website. Remember, once these are generated, any changes to a person’s contact information is not updated on the report. The above-mentioned online directories are always current.


If a person does not want their phone numbers published in these specific directories, you can check the box Do Not Publish Phones on the Personal tab of their people record.
