Volunteer Application Status Code¶

This Condition located on the Volunteer category tab in Search Builder allows you to search based on a person’s Volunteer Application Status. Select one from the drop down menu:

Approved
Not Approved
Withdrawn
Pending

The Status list may be different on your database, as these codes can be edited by your System Admin in Adminstration > Lookup Codes section.

The Volunteer Application and information is stored on a person’s record under the Involvements > Volunteer tab on a person’s record. Specific roles are required to view Volunteer information.

Use Case

This is a useful search to run when you want to find out who has not yet completed the approval process. Their Status would be Pending.
