Emailing in TouchPoint¶

TouchPoint can be used to email members of an Involvement, a Tag, a Search Builder list, or to individual people. Sample Email Templates are provided to each church to use as a starting point to copy and customize. TouchPoint also provides built-in system (transactional) emails that are automatically sent out when someone creates or updates giving, staff notification emails, etc.

Emails can be sent right away or can be scheduled for a later date. The email open rates can be tracked as well as failed emails.

Emails can be created using an HTML builder or by using a Drop and Drag mobile responsive builder. Unless your staff has specific HTML and CSS knowledge, we recommend you use the mobile responsive builder for ease in building and compatibility with mobile devices.
