Meetings in TouchPoint¶
Involvements in TouchPoint can be used for various purposes such as registrations, small groups, Sunday school classes, and special events. Within Involvements are meetings, which are used in conjunction with taking attendance, Check-In, and event planning.
In TouchPoint, a meeting is defined as a specific date and time that an Involvement met or will meet. The meeting is where attendance is captured for both members and guests of the Involvement. A meeting can have individual attendance, a headcount, or a combination of both.
Note
There are currently two meeting formats available. The version your church’s database uses will depend on when you went live with TouchPoint or whether you are using the Rooms & Reservations Calendar.
Meetings (legacy): This version is used for churches that went live before 11/15/2025 or are not yet using the Rooms & Reservations Calendar.
