A link to another document aways starts with :doc:.
The easiest link is a to a document in the same directory as the current document.
Workflow for BVCMS Documenters is an example of a link to a document in the same directory.
Note that only the name of the document was referred to but the text came from it’s title.

Again, I only used the path to the document but the text comes from the title of the document.
